Pike Pilates?
Pike Pilates is a friendly and intimately designed Pilates Studio located in East Melbourne. It specialises in catering for the individual – their personal goals and physical requirements. With a maximum of three people per class, the individual is ensured this personalised attention. Our trained Instructors will design your program teaching you the Traditional Pilates Method, whether you are just getting started or have been doing Pilates for years.Pike Pilates offers a combination of floor and equipment based exercises to strengthen the core muscles of the body. We offer Studio Equipment classes with the use of various specialised pilates equipment - The Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair. These are all designed to combine core strengthening with full-body resistance training. Mat classes and Reformer Classes are also on offer.

Getting
Started?
To begin, you will complete two private Introductory Sessions (60 mins each).
Allowing the Instructor to get to know you and your body, and for you to get to know and understand the pilates method.
Following these two introductory sessions we will design your pilates program and in turn decide which type of class you wish to proceed with.
You will have the choice of continuing with private sessions, joining a group class of three people, a duo class with a friend/partner or one of our Reformer or group mat classes.
Anna Raetz
Anna is a qualified APMA Pilates instructor with more than ten years of experience in the fields of both Pilates, dance and Yoga.
Prior to teaching, Anna attained an Advanced Diploma of Dance at The Australian Ballet School and danced with the Australian Ballet Company for five years.
In her teaching, Anna places an emphasis on correct alignment and technique whilst encouraging fluidity and economy of movement. Anna sees teaching as a two way learning process and and is inspired by the never ending learning process.
Zoey Hart
Zoey Hart is a qualified APMA Pilates Instructor receiving her qualification in 2007. Zoey has been teaching and learning enthusiastically ever since.
Having danced with the Australian Ballet for four years, Zoey has a great awareness of the body. Starting Pilates at the age of 13 years, the method has very much remained a part of Zoey’s life and career.
In her teaching, Zoey focuses on the individual working with them to discover their optimal experience of Pilates and to improve their overall wellbeing in an on-going capacity.
